NDIS Module 1 Audit & Training in Sydney – High Intensity Support

Module 1 training focuses specifically on the High Intensity Daily Personal Activities identified by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. It covers nine areas: epilepsy/seizure management, complex bowel care, enteral feeding, severe dysphagia, tracheostomy care, urinary catheter care, ventilator management, subcutaneous injections, and complex wound care.

Unlike general NDIS induction or worker orientation, this training is clinical, skills-based, and competency-assessed, ensuring staff meet the High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors (HISSD) required for audit compliance.

We use practical, scenario-based assessments alongside theory to verify that staff can perform each high-intensity task safely and confidently. Competencies are documented with signed assessment forms mapped to the HISSD, giving you audit-ready evidence. We do not issue completion certificates without demonstrated capability.

Online courses can provide theory, but Module 1 requires practical demonstration and assessment to be valid for audit purposes. All training is delivered by AHPRA-registered Registered Nurses with extensive clinical backgrounds, including ICU, Emergency, Urology, and Community Nursing. Each nurse is experienced in both hands-on care and staff competency assessment for NDIS audits.
