Why Community Support Matters
Community engagement helps improve confidence, independence, and wellbeing. It can reduce social isolation, improve mental health, and build skills that support greater independence over time.
Under the NDIS, community participation can be tailored to your personal goals and funded through categories such as Assistance with Social & Community Participation or Increased Social and Community Participation.

Who We Support
- People who want to join new activities or re-engage with their community.

NDIS In Home Care
Yes. Every care plan starts with a conversation about your goals, preferences, and daily routines. We design support that fits into your life rather than changing it, ensuring the service feels natural and empowering.
No. We can provide as little as a few hours a fortnight through to daily or 24-hour support. Your plan can be flexible — hours can be increased or reduced based on changing needs.
We match you with carers based on your care needs, personality, and communication style. Where possible, you’ll have the same support workers on a regular basis to build familiarity and trust.
If your needs increase, we can update your care plan to include more hours or different types of support. We also have a nursing team who can provide NDIS Module 1–compliant high-intensity care if your situation becomes more complex.
Yes. We can arrange transport and accompany you to medical appointments, community events, social activities, or simply to get out for a coffee and fresh air.
Absolutely. Our team supports participants with a wide range of disabilities, including psychosocial conditions, focusing on both practical help and building confidence in daily life.
All staff have completed NDIS Worker Screening Checks, hold current police clearances, and receive ongoing training in privacy, confidentiality, and respectful care practices.
Yes. We encourage family input if you want them involved. Their insight can help us provide care that aligns with your comfort levels and routines.
Yes. We provide short-term in home care, including post-hospital recovery, transition to home, and respite care for families needing temporary support.
We begin with a no-obligation consultation to understand your needs. From there, we develop a personalised care plan, match you with the right support worker, and confirm your schedule. Services can start as soon as your NDIS funding is in place.
